Scott Neo Aversion.

New for this season, the Scott Neo Aversion is a super charged version of the award winning Scott Mission. With a similar foot print to the Mission, the Neo's wood core has the added advantages of a Titanal metal laminate. This increases vibration damping and boosts the torsional stiffness of the ski. The Neo is the perfect all mountain ski for intermediate to advanced skiers wishing to spend 60-70% of their time off piste.

The Neo has plenty of float and copes well with the powder and heavy snow whilst powering through the crud and difficult snow. Unless you are a relatively light build, the Neo is a better choice than a Mission for all round use. Choose a Mission if you spend 70-80% of your time off piste and a Neo if you are more likely to spend only 60-70% of your time off piste.

Two combined radiuses create the sidecut or shape of the ski. Depending on whether the the short and/or long radius  is in front of, or behind the effective edge, the ski becomes more agrresive or more managable at the turn entry or turn exit. The Dual Radius concept makes these skis more versatile, and less confined to one type of skiing or terrain.
