Meindl Vakuum MFS Gore-tex :
The Meindl Vakuum MFS is a sturdy updated version of the Burma designed for summer hillwalking and trekking. The (MFS)memory foam system around the ankle gives a firm but comfortable fit and secures the ankle in place. It has excellent under foot support and uses a Vibram sole giving a good grip in rocky terrain. A Gore-Tex lining provides comfortable water protection in adverse weather. These boots have a snugger heel fit and less volume over the foot than Asolo's Flame and Scarpa's ZG10 offering an alternative fit in a similar catagory of boot.
