The Giro Seam is a top of the range, stylish, elegant, performance ski helmet with designed using Giro's Super fit system which uses a database of anatomic measurements and skier input. The Seam is the perfect all mountain helmet. This season the seam has an improved Thermostat™ vent system, with Giro's Stack Vent, which will keep your temperature under control, your goggles clear and your comfort level at an all time high. Unlike most of the ski helmets available, the Giro Seam has a plastic cover over the foam around the rim of the helmet. This helps to protect the light weight foam from chipping/ getting damaged either in use or in transit. It also prevents the build up of ice and snow that sticks to cheaper helmets where the foam linings are simlpy covered in mesh. Giro then test the design repeatedly in the lab and in the hands of riders so they can gather feed back and make refinements to create a final product that fits and performs at the highest level. The Giro seam has adjustable Venting allowing as much or as little air into the helmet as required. There is also a goggle retaining strap at the rear of the helmet. The Giro seam is compatible with Giro goggles as well as a range of other makes of goggle. The seam also features a small peak to shade the eyes from the sun's glare, finish it off with the best fit system ever made for a snow helmet and you are ready for a full day on the mountain.
