Black Diamond Glide Lite STS Mixed Fibre Skins 130 mm : Manufacturers description. Black Diamond's GlideLite construction creates a more supple and soft laminate which makes for stuffing in your pocket easier, and takes up less volume in your pack. A preferred characteristic in many European circles as well as multi hot lap days where you just want to shove your skins inside your jacket to stay warm for the next up.
The STS attachment is designed for speed and ease. The precision swaged double bar tip loop fits odd shaped tips and is reversible to adjust the loop strategically on your width of ski tip. For long life expectancy the tailpiece is attached with a stainless steel plate riveted flush to your skins. The stretchy orange elastomer strap has ten notches for the adjustable stainless steel camming device. Set it once for the season or swap the skins on different skis and take advantage of the 10 cm of adjustability.
