Asolo Flame Gore-Tex :
The Asolo Flame is a robust, lightweight 3 season hiking/trekking boot with a waterproof Gore-Tex lining. The Flame's nylon mid-sole is torsionally stiff under the heel providing stable ankle support. The flex at the forefoot is stiffer and offers more support than Scarpa's ZG65. If you are looking at boots with this type of construction and stiffness, Scarpa's Infinity is very similar and offers an alternative fit to the Flame. The Asolo Flame is ideal for UK hillwalking, long distance backpacking and international trekking.
